1. AGREEMENT
By using KandaKulture and/or placing an order with Kanada Kulture, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. WHO WE ARE / JURISDICTION
Kanada Kulture is registered at: 7 Port Hope Hollow, Brampton, ON L6Y 2Z1, Canada. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

3. ORDERS & PRICING
- Orders are subject to product availability. An order confirmation is not acceptance until payment is processed.
- Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

4. PAYMENTS
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party gateways and are subject to their terms.

5. SHIPPING

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains cancellations, returns and refunds. Certain items may be marked as "final sale" and are non-returnable.

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, graphics) is the property of Kanada Kulture or used under license. You may not reproduce Site content without permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kanada Kulture's liability for any loss or damage related to the Site or products purchased is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product(s).

9. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kanada Kulture from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. MODIFICATIONS & TERMINATION
We may modify or terminate the Site or these Terms at any time. We will post an updated Effective date when changes are made.
