- Custom-stitched or tailored products are non-refundable and non-cancellable once the order is confirmed.
- If your cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

3. Returns & Exchange
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you’re not happy, here’s our return & exchange policy:
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for customized or stitched items, accessories, or sale items.
Exchange:
- Exchanges are only allowed for size issues or manufacturing defects.
- If a replacement is unavailable, you may choose an alternate item of equal value or receive store credit.
Process:
- To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at support@kanadakulture.com with your order ID and reason.
- Once approved, we’ll share return instructions. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

- Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping times vary based on destination.
- Kanada Kulture is not responsible for delays due to customs or unforeseen logistics issues.
